Yes - we offer free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking for all orders above $250 USD. No shipping cost & no sales tax - we want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for all orders below $250 USD.

For Non-US Customers * Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders take 2-3 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.

All packages are processed from our warehouses in Hong Kong & China.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

For Japan & Korea customers, please fill your name and shipping address in English. For Mainland China and Taiwan customers, please fill your name and shipping address in Chinese. For overseas payments, if your card gets declined using debit/credit, please checkout using PayPal. For all other countries, please fill your information all in English.


WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. contact us and we'll solve it!

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
