PROCESSING TIMES
Orders take 2-3 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.
All packages are processed from our warehouses in Hong Kong & China.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For Japan & Korea customers, please fill your name and shipping address in English. For Mainland China and Taiwan customers, please fill your name and shipping address in Chinese. For overseas payments, if your card gets declined using debit/credit, please checkout using PayPal. For all other countries, please fill your information all in English.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. contact us and we'll solve it!

UNEXPECTED DELAYS
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
Returns & Refunds
We offer free exchanges if there are any defects that have taken place in the outcome of our fault. If a problem does occur or want to process a return, please contact us within 7 days within the item(s) arrive/are delivered.
An item is eligible for cancellation if:
- you requested a return request (via email) within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status and you have not received a confirmation email.
- the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay.
- the ordered item is out of stock.
RETURNS POLICY
If item(s) do not fit the requirements below, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, unaltered, free of any odors or fragrances, and in its original packaging. When the package has been returned customers will be refunded the clothing, there will be a 10% inventory/gas fee deducted from returned refunds. Shipping fee will be excluded from all refunds. For returns, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please take a picture of the return package with the shipping label before shipping and please send us the tracking number and email us the information to process the return.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with hang tags.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the item.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with tracking shipping.
- Please mark outside of the package as "returned goods" to avoid any customs charges
We are not responsible for any return shipping costs or custom charges made.
- Please make sure that the return form is enclosed with your goods.

For orders that are returned, once shipped, please be sure email us the tracking number, your name and order number at hello@aumori.com.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, usually taking 3-5 business days.
